  • Matthew has been involved in contentious matters including the unfair termination of a CEO of an international wealthtech and fund management company, insolvency under an individual voluntary arrangement with debts in excess of S$300 million.
  • Matthew is also involved in international arbitration of complex cross border disputes, a trust dispute involving substantial global assets, mediation between former business partners, divorce proceedings and variation of custody and maintenance orders, personal injury claims, criminal breach of trust, contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence and AWOL charges against a national serviceman in the Military Court of Appeal.
